The two master bedroom suites, (one with a king bed and a twin bed and one with two queen beds) have exquisite private baths with jetted tubs. The unit features marble floors and countertops, a fireplace in the grand living room, and top of the line appliances in the gourmet kitchen. You will not be disappointed when you stay in the lavish penthouse. The more than 2,000 square foot totally private outdoor living area is unique with a private infinity hot tub, outdoor grill and dining area as well as a huge living/lounging area. The nearly 3,500 square foot interior has been professionally furnished and decorated and includes all the amenities you would expect in a luxury penthouse. Here, in the owner’s words, is a brief description they have provided regarding their penthouse, which has served as the luxury vacation retreat for many notable and famous guests.
"Luxury Penthouse #1806 is uniquely positioned on the top of the entire oceanfront building Phase #1 at Estancia. The private entrance has 2 cascading custom stone and Bali art fountains. If a group wants to hang out in their unit, the penthouse offers so much more common space with a huge, lush veranda with breathtaking views, as many guests have agreed. The veranda has a fireplace, more fountains, custom infinity Jacuzzi overlooking Land's End and Medano Beach, top of the line built in BBQ, separate 4 speaker music system, and lots of space for entertaining. Inside, we have 3 Dish Networks units with 200+ channels, and the LR unit is DVR Tivo style so no one has to miss their favorite game or program. All our bath products are top spa quality brought from special suppliers in US, as are our towels (of which we stock plenty of extras), and bedding. Our mattresses are U.S. pillow-top. The kitchen is complete for gourmet cooking or catering (2 full ovens, compactor, large refrigerator all stainless steel and built into marble counters). Maintenance and maid service is daily with times to be directed by each guest. Second time service daily is included by guest request for a second clean-up if desired. AND THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING.
